Alpaca Fleeces

Afternoon everyone!!

My friends and I are always sharing favorite yarns and getting a chance to squish and touch and love them!  I have recently been given a link to Alpaca Fleeces which is great for yarnies like me and my new budding addiction of spinning!!

You can also read throughout their website and find out information about the animals, where they come from and all great things fleece & yarn related.

They have something for everyone in all price ranges, so click on their name and it will take you right to their site.  Enjoy!

Projects on the hooks

I've been crocheting and knitting like a crazed women recently!  I'm determined to make a good strong go selling my finished products.  Check out my page, TLYarns, on Facebook and LIKE it to get updates when I add them. I do update more regularly on there then on here although I'm trying to do better this year :)  So many ideas and no enough time in the day! Silly work always getting in the way of my crafting. My poor house is covered in yarn.  BUT, the dishes are done, everyone is fed & watered and has clean clothes so I can't be that far behind on my housework, right? (denial?)

I'll attach some photos of my new items at the end of this post.

For my birthday I finally purchased myself the Fit Yummy Mummy system which I've been looking at for ages. Yes I know it's a typical beginning of the year thing but I've been saving my pennies for ages to buy this. Now that my medical problems are getting under control with the help of all the doctors, I'm putting more emphasis on what I can do at home.  My son is a GREAT supporter and loves doing my workouts with me. We do them in the living room and the best thing about this program is they only take 15 minutes. Everyone gets skeptical when you say 15 mins but once you've did one you'll understand!  You don't even have to buy the system first off. There are tonnes of free things on her site and on you tube.

So, that is the new fun in my house!  fingers busy, body busy and kitchen revamped and filled with supportive foods. And no, it's not a strict diet to follow and deprived yourself from all your favorites.  Just read her site and you'll get the idea.

Happy New Year!!

Well it's been way too long since I've written so here it goes!

To start with I'm going to offer a coupon code to use on my Etsy shop FREESHIP which is offering free shipping to UK addresses.  Please visit TLYarns on Etsy to claim your free shipping with your purchase.

A lot of knitting and crocheting over the holidays to try and get things up finished up for presents. Not many presents really but also was trying to get all my UFO's finished so I could start the new year fresh. Didn't quite make it but made a huge dent!

How was everyone else's holidays?  Since its the new year, I'm also going to be giving a coupon for my Etsy site. I have a lot of people buying from me in person so it doesn't show up online. Need to get more movement on my Etsy shop. Yarn makes me happy and sharing with other is even better. Worsted weight can't be found in the UK so I'm trying to become a regular supplier. All comments and colour recommendations are greatly appreciated so I know what people are looking for!

Many more projects on the go as usual. Also looking at ways to earn money from home as I'm tired of working in a greasy kitchen. The people are great and the work isn't hard, just come home greasy and stinky. Plus, I think everyone like the idea of being their own boss!

Tomorrow is also my birthday so I'm deciding what I want to do to celebrate. Probably just a quiet night in the house with my yarny projects. Hubby is away right now so not too much else to do!

Wishin everyone the best in the New Year!

Christmas crochet socks (he has the complete pair now!)

Simple crochet earflap hat in great Christmas colours (available for sell on my Etsy shop!)
